Advance/Booking amount of Tour is Rs.10000/20000 which is non-refundable. If Tourist cancels his name from the Tour at any time after payment of Advance/Booking amount, the said amount will not be refunded to the Tourist in any condition.
Above tours’ costs include 3AC rail fare between Mumbai-Jammu & Ambala-Mumbai / Air fare between MUmbai-Srinagar & Leh-Delhi-Mumbai, all road journey in Innova/Xylo (having 7 persons in a vehicle, accommodation in a Deluxe Houseboat(Srinagar)/A Grade hotel (Leh/Deskit/Keylong/Manali)/Tents(Pangong/Tsomoriri) on twin sharing basis, and all meals during tour programme.
Above cost does not include any coolie charges, any cold-drinks/ packaged drinking water, camel safari charges at hunder, any type of personal expenses, etc.

Payment of Advance Booking Amount at the time booking.
Remaining amount on or before 3rd Sunday of Aug-2012.
Pre-Tour get-together is fixed at 06.00 pm on 3rd Sunday of Aug-2012 at Vanmali Hall, Dadar (W), Mumbai-28.
ABOVE COST VALID FOR BOOKING MADE BEFORE 25-4-2012.
FROM 25-4-2012 THE COST WILL INCREASE BY RS.2000 PER MONTH.
